Before I left on my now-ex-band’s tour back in August, I had a bunch of albums, primarily grabbed from other blogs, that I thought were great/fun/neat, that I meant to do posts on — but I ran out of time before I got to write about them before the tour.
Now it’s been at least a few months since I’ve listened any of these, and to be honest, I can’t really remember much about any of them specifically — but I know I wanted to write about them, and share them with you! That much, I can remember.
So, to clean house, here they all are in one post. A few of them are from WFMU’s always-killer Beware Of The Blog, which you should read daily.

thanks bret. kha-ym is amazing. i’ve been listening to angel rada’s album ‘upadesa’ that was posted on mutant sounds a while back and this has a similar appeal. all of today’s pile seems promising, but that’s the album that i’ve had time to listen to the most thoroughly.
wait, did you say now ex-band? dang, i loved seeing anavan live.
That “I Signori Della Galassia” album is awesome!
